It was close to the wedding we were going. Also it has the main necessities. Clean and organize.
Check in process was seamless and the staff were friendly. convenient location to the event I was in Atwater to attend. Bed was king-sized, fridge in the room, very hot water shower, generally fairly quiet.
Price and centrally located
They are taking steps to improve this property! Ive stayed here many times. This time there was a new bed, new bedding, new curtains, new and larger fridge, and new bath towels. In addition, they have been excellent communicators on Booking.com and the person I dealt with both checking in and out was friendly and helpful (as usual). I asked for them to accommodate me on a couple items, in particular a very late early morning check in time, and they were very accommodating (Ive needed this during every stay, and they have been consistently accommodating every time).
I was pleased with the convenience of checking in the room was clean and served it's purpose, I left early the next morning due to work.

Nothing staff was very rude . Next day told me and my 4 yr old.daughter that we was on their do not rent list , when asked why? Wasnt given a explanation. Clerks at night pretty cool and mellow . But owners and family of owners very nasty attitudes as if they are supperior to any visitors..dont understand the purpose to be mean to paying customers . So dont complain or you get added to the do not rent list. Instead of the company doing it the correct way and adressing the issue of the customer. Very poor communication and customer service and lack of leadership at this vacility
The room was exactly what it was suppose to be , the staff was great and the location is amazing for travelers. We did the check in fast and had no problems whats so ever check out was just as fast.

I like the location. Near stores and places to eat and right off the freeway. The bed made a noise when you sat on it but surprisingly it was comfortable but enough to want to stay there again.
